If you need a return or replacement, we make the process simple and hassle-free.

Return Process

    Submit the RMA form
    Please complete this form to submit an RMA request. You will need the order number to send it.

    Receive your RMA number
    Within 24 hours of receipt, we will send you an RMA number. This number must be included in the parcel.

    Return label
    For a national return, we will include the return label with your RMA number. For international returns, please create your own label.

    Shipping devices
    Each device must be labelled with the model number and IMEI number so that we can process the return. Missing labels can delay the return by up to 2 weeks.

    Confirmation of receipt
    You will receive confirmation of receipt of the return 24 hours after the appliance has been returned to us.

  • 6

    Cash credit
    72 hours after the return has been received and processed, a credit note will be issued. At that time, you will be able to choose between a refund, a replacement or a credit for your next order.
