Information you provide
The contact form asks for your first and last name, company, VAT number, business email, phone number, country and message. You may also select the product category you are looking for. An order reference is requested for a return enquiry. Required fields help us identify your business and respond to your request.
For after-sales, we may need an invoice reference, device model, IMEI and supporting details. Do not include payment-card data or unrelated sensitive information in your message.
Why we use it
We use your details to answer enquiries, verify business information, prepare offers and manage orders, delivery and after-sales. Processing may be necessary to take steps towards a contract, fulfil a contract, meet legal obligations or support legitimate business interests such as responding to a professional enquiry.
A contact request does not subscribe you to marketing. Where consent is used for marketing, you can withdraw it by contacting us.
The form & communication services
Google Maps is embedded on Contact and loads when its section is viewed. This connects to Google, which receives technical connection information and processes it under its own privacy terms. No contact-form entries are sent to the map. When you submit the form, your enquiry is sent to Negobay through the website’s email service. Email and WhatsApp links let you contact the team through those services, which handle information under their own privacy terms and may process it outside the European Economic Area.
Information received by Negobay is used by the team and service providers involved in the enquiry, order or legal obligations, as needed for those purposes.
Storage & retention
The form does not save entries in browser storage or create a separate enquiry database. A short-lived, hashed technical identifier is used to limit repeated submissions. Messages you send and related commercial records are retained for the enquiry, customer relationship, applicable record-keeping obligations and handling of claims. Retention depends on the record and purpose; contact us for information about your enquiry.
Your rights
Depending on the applicable rules, you can request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your personal data, and object to certain processing. Where processing relies on consent, you can withdraw it. Some information may need to be retained to meet legal obligations or handle claims.
