Simply select the items you want and click on the “Add to cart” button on each product page. When you're done, proceed to checkout to enter your contact and payment details.If you already have a Negobay account, that's fine - we've saved your details! Don't have an account? No problem, we'll collect your details when you place your order.

How can I cancel my order?

To cancel your order, make sure it hasn’t left our warehouse yet – if it hasn’t, you can cancel anytime. Once it’s on its way, though, cancellation isn’t possible. No worries, though! Just message us on WhatsApp, and our dedicated customer service team will respond within a few minutes.

How can I modify my order?

To modify your order, make sure you haven’t received a shipping confirmation or SMS from us yet. If so, simply reach out to our customer service team via phone or WhatsApp, and they’ll assist you in updating the name or address on your order quickly!

Payment

What payment methods are accepted?

Negobay accepts credit cards (Visa, Mastercard or American Express Cards) and Wire Payments.

Payment failed?

If you haven’t received an order confirmation within an hour, no worries! Just message us on WhatsApp with a screenshot of your bank statement showing the transaction number. We’ll handle the rest and get that confirmation to you.

Refunds

If you need a refund, we're here to help. Refunds may take a few days to process, depending on your bank. If you do not see the funds in your account after 5 business days, please contact our customer service department or your sales manager.
Refunds will be processed through your original payment method at no additional charge. However, the product must be returned to us within 30 days, respecting our return authorization and warranty conditions for the process to run smoothly.
For returns, please ensure that iCloud is deactivated. Please note that if the product is damaged during use, you may be liable for any loss of value.

Payment proof

Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you an invoice by e-mail, together with your dispatch confirmation. If you have just placed an order, the invoice will be attached to this confirmation once the goods have been dispatched.

Warranty & Returns

What warranty coverage is offered for devices purchased from Negobay?

Every device purchased from Negobay comes with a warranty that covers any malfunctions. We meticulously test our devices with hardware and software evaluations to ensure reliable functionality.

Do you accept returns? What is your return policy?

Absolutely! For all returns, you can fill out an RMA form available on our Return Policy page. Every device purchased through Eze includes a 30-day warranty. If you encounter any issues with your order, please submit the RMA form, and our support team will assist you with the return process.

What do I do if I have a problem with my order?

We want to make sure that our customers receive exactly what they ordered. If a product does not match the description provided in the ad, please let us know. Once the transaction has been finalized, you have 30 days to request a return. After submitting a dispute, a member of our team will contact you to help resolve your claim.

How long does the coverage last?

This limited warranty is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase (referred to as the “Warranty Period”).

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide through our international and local logistics partners. Wherever you are, we make sure our products reach you safely and quickly.

When will I receive my order?

We endeavor to provide you with an estimated delivery time; however, please note that this is only an estimate and not a guaranteed delivery time. In the event of a delay, we will inform you promptly and provide you with an updated estimated delivery time.

How Can I Track My Order?

You can track all orders using a Track & Trace code, which varies based on the shipping carrier, such as UPS or DHL.
